Vista by Viewpoint.
A custom-built Vista connection that moves invoices and payment status between systems.
Inspect Point connects to Vista by Viewpoint through a custom-built integration, delivered through Trimble and scoped to how your company runs Vista.
Once an inspection or service job is complete, its invoice syncs from Inspect Point to Vista with line items for inspection prices, materials, and labor already in place. Customers can pay by credit or debit through the online payment module on the invoice, and when the invoice status changes in Vista, the update syncs back to Inspect Point.
What moves between systems
Customer profiles
When a profile is created in Vista, users can opt to create the matching customer record in Inspect Point.
Invoices with line items
Completed-job invoices sync from Inspect Point to Vista carrying inspection prices, materials, and labor.
Payments and status
Payments collected on the invoice and status changes made in Vista sync back to Inspect Point.
Built per company as a custom integration, not an out-of-the-box connector.
The integration is delivered through Trimble.
