Inspect Point’s newest email feature provides Inspect Point users the ability to send final inspection reports to building contacts via email directly from inside Inspect Point.
This feature further simplifies the report distribution process by eliminating the need for users to download inspection reports prior to sending the reports via email.
From the reports tab, users who have attached a valid email to a building contact, can now click “Send to Contacts” in the “Send” column, to send the final inspection report via their default email client.
If a valid contact email is not available, the “Send the Contacts” link will not appear.
Once the link is clicked, a pre-written email containing the building name and a link to the final inspection report, will appear.
Users then simply click “Send” and away the final inspection report goes.
