Is my information safe and secure?

Yes. All of your company and customer information is safely stored in the cloud. User controlled access and SSL encryption helps keep your data safe and secure.

Does Inspect Point work on Android devices?

No. Our mobile component works only on the iPad.

Do I need to buy my own iPads?

Yes. Your company is responsible for purchasing all required iPads. We do not provide an option to rent or lease an iPad from us. However, we are available to answer any questions regarding the various iPad devices and versions.

Do I need a data plan?

While a data plan is not required, having access to the internet is required for syncing inspections from the field to the back office. It is up to the company whether or not each iPad has a data plan.

Can an inspection in the field be completed offline?

Yes. All synced inspections can be performed without an internet connections. They are saved on the iPad until internet access is available and can be sent back to the office electronically.

Can I email an inspection to a customer?

Yes. Completed inspections can be sent to a customer at anytime via email.

Can I get a copy of my data if I cancel?

Yes. While we would be sad to see you go, we are able to export all of your data prior to canceling your account.

Can my existing data be imported into Inspect Point?
