NAFED Las Vegas Conference & Expo Recap
So many great things happened at the NAFED Conference and Expo in Las Vegas!
For most of us this was our first show post-COVID. It was awesome to be in person and see peoples’ faces again! Our industry certainly accelerated with regards to technology since the beginning of 2020. Like everyone, we utilized virtual meetings. We also used more mobile software apps, and third party reporting by AHJs.
David Avrin’s keynote presentation was really spot on. There are so many opinions about how the pandemic, government responses, burgeoning opportunities, and lagging sectors are shaping economic trends. The magic question is how will successful businesses adapt to a sea of changing circumstances. In fire protection and life safety, we know how to stay nimble and our industry is looking towards a very bright future.
