We’re proud to recognize one of our Customer Service Managers, Jimmy Snowden, and all he does at Inspect Point. Jimmy previously worked at Hampshire Fire using our software (see the pictures) but joined us this May to help bring a unique perspective to our company as a former customer.

In his time with Hampshire Fire, Jimmy had a lot of great things to say about Inspect Point. About the software, Jimmy said, “the product became much more powerful and user-friendly for each individual.” He also talked about the service, “they’re listening to the customer base, and that’s the sort of product we want.”

We think it’s fair to say things are working out pretty well.  Jimmy said this about his time with our company so far, “being able to work from home coupled with the direction and culture of the company; I am really excited to be part of the team here at IP. Very happy I made this move!”

We look forward to seeing all the great things Jimmy will continue to do for Inspect Point; his ability to relate to our customers as a former one himself is greatly valued.
