Inspect Point users now have the ability to send automated email reminders to building contacts 48 hours prior to an inspection.
This new product features provides an increased level of communication between building contacts and Inspect Point users – without increasing workload.
From the building detail screen, on the info tab, Inspect Point users will now see a link titled – “Manage Reminders.”
From this link, users can create an inspection reminder for contacts that have an email address listed inside Inspect Point.
An automated email is sent, only once, to the designatd building contact reminding them an inspection is scheduled to take place in 48 hours.
The email contains:
- Your company name
- The inspection date and time
- The building name and address being inspected
