The Zoho connection runs through Zapier: Inspect Point's Zapier app links to Zoho CRM, so sales and service work from the same customer picture without re-keying records between the two systems.
When an inspection is completed or a proposal is accepted, Zaps can create tasks in Zoho for your sales team, update building details, and send notifications to customers, service managers, or subcontractors.
It also works from Zoho into Inspect Point. When a new customer submits a form on your website, their Zoho record can create a matching building in Inspect Point automatically.
