Middlesex County, located along the Connecticut River, is home to Mack Fire, one of Connecticut’s largest locally owned, non-union fire protection companies. They offer a wide range of services, including system design, fabrication, installation, service, maintenance, testing, and inspections across Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New York, and a new expansion into Western New York State and Westchester County.
Fire protection runs in the family at Mack Fire Protection, with Bill Wells following in his father’s footsteps while incorporating design and technical advancements in wet and dry-pipe systems and other special hazard systems. Bill began his career as an apprentice and worked his way up to partner in a mechanical shop. Realizing his true passion was in fire protection; he left the mechanic shop to focus on building Mack Fire.
He brings that same drive and dedication to excellence to Mack Fire, allowing them to master all fire sprinkler sectors and create and maintain long-lasting relationships with their clients. They consistently maintain over 90% customer retention and a high volume of repeat business.
Another attribute that sets Mack Fire apart is Mack University. They have a training center with fire pumps and various alarm panels. This training center helps them maintain a highly skilled team to handle fire protection challenges.
It’s no wonder that they have received the AFSA Quality Contractor Recognition. This achievement recognizes their team’s efforts in creating a work environment that promotes excellence and responsibility in all employees leading them to produce the highest quality of work.
For the past three years, Mack Fire has partnered with Inspect Point, and they attribute much of their business growth to our collaboration. It has been a privilege to work with Mack Fire, and we are proud to have been a part of their success thus far.
At Mack Fire Protection, their commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and focus on training and education have made them a top choice for fire protection services in the region. Check them out here: https://mackfire.com/
