Jenn adds a rule and loads an SOP document the way an admin would, and shows where each rule can apply: the whole company, one account, one building, or a building type.
Ask what’s on the schedule, which extinguishers are due for hydro, or how your company tests backflow preventers, and the answer comes from your records and your own SOP. Nothing that changes a record moves until you confirm it.
Inspection Assistant reviews a completed inspection form for missing answers, spelling, and inconsistencies before it lands on someone’s desk.
The office asks which invoices are 7 or more days past due and what late fee applies to each, and the late-fee rule from setup is already in the answer.
The last few minutes are open questions. Bring the hard ones. When the assistant doesn’t have the data, it says so.
Which invoices are 7 or more days past due, and what late fee applies to each?
Three invoices are 7 or more days past due. The fees follow your late-fee tiers:
| Account | Invoice | Late fee |
|---|---|---|
| Hesslowick Court Apartments | $3,420 | $60 |
| Brenlowick Day School | $1,150 | $35 |
| Trevanick Distribution | $180 | $15 |

Already using Inspect Point Assistant
See how rules and SOPs get set up, then add your own. Rules and SOPs are already part of your license, so pick an example below and change the details to fit your company.
Customers not using the assistant yet
Watch it answer questions and build office reports. When you want it for your team, your account manager can turn it on.
Evaluating Inspect Point
Watch the full workflow from setup to report, then book a demo to talk through how your team would run it.
Each example is plain English. Copy one, change the details to fit how your company works, and add it in Inspect Point Assistant. Once a rule is active, the assistant uses it in answers, reports and invoices without being asked.
