Inspect Point does not publish a price list, and prospects ask why. The short answer is that the price of the software depends on three things about your operation, and a number on a page would be wrong for most of the people reading it. This article explains what sets the quote, what each plan includes, what is not charged for, and how to get a number that applies to you.
What sets the quote
| Factor | How it moves the price |
|---|---|
| Plan | Silver runs inspections and deficiency management. Gold adds proposals built from those deficiencies. Platinum adds service work orders, phone support, and API access. The plan decides how much of the job the software runs. |
| Technicians | Pricing scales with the number of technicians using the mobile app. Every plan has a three-technician minimum. |
| Trades | The trades you inspect (sprinkler, alarm, extinguisher, suppression, backflow, special hazards) determine which question sets, forms, and integrations your instance carries. |
Operations with fifteen or more technicians, several branches, or an enterprise integration list get a custom quote; the enterprise page covers what that includes.

What is not charged for
- The form library. NFPA, ULC, California Title 19 AES, Joint Commission, DNV, and the regional backflow forms are included; there is no per-form fee.
- Payments. Inspect Point Payments has no setup, monthly, or annual fee on any plan. Customers pay the standard card and ACH transaction fees when they take a payment.
- Training and onboarding materials. The Help Desk, the monthly live customer trainings, and the onboarding playbooks are part of every plan.
- Your data on the way out. If you cancel, you get a full export before the account closes.
Why there is no price list
Two operations with the same plan can be very different customers: a three-technician extinguisher route and a forty-technician sprinkler and alarm contractor across three branches. Both are quoted from the same three factors, and the quote is specific to the operation because the factors are. Publishing one number would either overstate the small operation's price or understate the large one's. The quote takes one call.
How to get your number
Book a demo. The demo is where the plan gets chosen against how your jobs actually run, the technician count and trades are confirmed, and the quote is produced. Come with the technician count, the trades you inspect, and whether you need proposals, service work orders, or an integration with your accounting system, and the number is usually the same day. The plans page has a short guide to picking the plan, and the demo page books the call.
Common questions
Is there a per-user fee for office staff?
Pricing scales with technicians. Ask in the demo how office users are handled for your plan.
Can we start on Silver and move up?
Yes. The plans are cumulative, and moving up adds the proposal or service modules to the same instance and data.
Is there a contract term?
Terms are part of the quote. Ask in the demo.
