Issues surface on-site; reviewers focus on exceptions—not rework.

Smart anomaly detection

Highlights PSI and pump curve mismatches or other outliers for quick fixes.

Fits your stack

Lives inside Inspect Point’s mobile + back-office workflow.

How it works

From field data to finished report—without the back-and-forth

1. Technician starts

Conducts an inspection and records equipment details in the Inspect Point mobile app.

2. Real-time review

Checks grammar, validates deficiencies (NFPA), compares history, flags anomalies.

3. Technician control

Tech accepts/rejects suggestions. AI never changes entries automatically.

4. Back-office review

Human IM reviews high-risk or unusual inspections and approves.

5. Deliver

Email/Customer Portal delivery and submit to compliance platforms.

6. Track metrics

First-pass quality, review time, revisits, and rework.

Note: The inspector of record retains final authority. AI suggestions require human acceptance.

FAQ

Answers to common questions

Can I use Inspection Assistant outside of Inspect Point?
No – Inspection Assistant is built in-house and runs natively inside Inspect Point for a seamless field/office workflow.
My techs own the certification. Does AI change what they write?
Humans stay in control. Suggestions are clearly marked; technicians must accept or edit before anything is saved. Every accept/reject is tracked in the change log for review.
Can I control which inspections are AI-powered?
You can control who can see and accept AI suggestions using role-based permissions and approvals, and your team can always run standard inspections without accepting suggestions. If you need per-building scoping, your CSM can help configure the right approach.
How accurate are the suggestions?
High — and transparent. Each suggestion shows confidence indicators; everything is reviewed before accepting and stays editable by your team.
How long does it take to get up and running?
Most teams see faster inspection times within 2–4 weeks as suggestions learn from your data and review loops tighten.
Can I complete an inspection if I’m offline?
Yes. Inspect Point’s mobile app supports offline inspections; with IA, you can capture data offline and sync suggestions/review context when you reconnect.
What model does Inspection Assistant use?
We use a mix of modern large-language-model (LLM) technology orchestrated by Inspect Point—models may change over time to improve quality, but your data remains private and is never used to train public models. For enterprise, we enforce encryption in transit/at rest and full auditability.
Will my data train public models?
No. Your content is not used to train public models; it stays private to your tenant under our security and privacy controls.
